8) DIRECTORATE OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
This directorate works to help ACO Foundation explain its Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Values in a cohesive message to stakeholders at all times. The major aim is to have an integrative communication structure linking stakeholders to ACO Foundation for the purposes of coherence, credibility, and work ethics. This directorate is tasked with the responsibilities of: Promoting the profile of ACO Foundation behind the brand; Minimizing discrepancies between ACO Foundation’s desired identity and brand features; Delegating tasks in communication; Formulating and executing effective procedures to make decisions on communication matters; Mobilizing internal and external support for corporate objectives; and Coordinating with international friends, organizations, and institutions.
The directorate focuses more on management communication, marketing communication, and organizational communication. The programs under this directorate are largely categolized as: Internal communication, Marketing communication, Investor relations, Donor relations, Government relations, Public relations, Information and communication technology, and Video production; Photography; & Graphic design.
